Katherine is the outcast in her family. After her father was condemned to death for unspeakable crimes, her mother took his place on the throne. Eventually, Katherine gives up hope that one day her family will treat her with the same love and acceptance as they do each other. That is, until her cousin finds out she's being forced into an arranged marriage with a cursed, half demon. Katherine agrees to help her get out of it, hoping that by the end of it, her cousin will see her in a new light. But breaking the curse won't be a walk in the park.
