Suddenly, his hand grasped my own as he pulled me up quickly, not letting go of my hand. His gaze traveled down my body, his expression still void of any emotion but was still damp from the past tears. His eyes found mine as he observed my face slowly, from my forehead, to my cheekbones, and my jaw, to my nose and back to my eyes, his eyebrows now furrowed and his eyes filled with desire.
