ChiYasha, InuYasha's twin sister of prophecy, is no stranger to violence from people that do not respect her as a mixed demon. ChiYasha has lived much of her life with her mother, Lady InuKimi, to train and learn how to use her dog demon abilities. She has become quite the warrior with an unmatched reputation when it comes to skill in battle. Her father is known as The Great Wolf Demon, Ryutsuki, the ruler of the Eastern Wolf Demon Tribe. ChiYasha inherited unique lunar abilities from her father that have been passed down through their bloodline for hundreds of years. However, she is still unable to fully harness her lunar abilities even with all of her years of training. One day she receives word that her father is inviting her to join him and his tribe so that he may train her to be his successor. Her father's decision is faced with much adversity from the elders and some of the wolves in the tribe. They know his eldest daughter is not a full wolf demon. Will ChiYasha find a way to earn their respect? Will she be able to create her own path outside of her parents shadow? With InuYasha being pinned to the tree of ages, who can she learn to count on?
