the last thing I remember is him. tears brimmed in his eyes, threatening to spill out at any second. he's yelling, but I can't hear anything, all I see is his soft, broken expression. he looked so gentle, and I knew that I was safe as long as he was here. I've never felt so sleepy before. It was as if everything around him was closing in, but in a comforting way. everything blurred out, except for him. josh. so I tell him goodnight, and close my eyes, letting everything around me disappear.
