Sasuke was put in prison after the war for all he did in the past. he accepted his fate and took what ever came to him. Hinata would come to visit him due to the absence of his comrades in team seven and also because she pitty's him. later in the story Sasuke will try to stay away from her because he knows she loves naruto.
