Prologue

The Winter has finally ended and after over a thousand years in seclusion humanity has an opportunity to re-emerge into the external world. Hillary is chosen, along with several of her classmates, to be among the first who will attempt repopulating the earth. But first she has to make it through a grueling training program and overcome her own doubts and fears.
