Seventeen-year-old Alex has almost the perfect life until some of her past comes back to haunt her. Her close group of guy friends each have their own little secret, and as the story unfolds, each secret comes to the surface. Alex feels overwhelmed as she tries to hold all the broken pieces together, and she starts to question her friendships. To add to the confusion, she finds herself in a complicated relationship with the new boy at school, who just happens to be her new next-door neighbor.
