In a world of bloodshed and magic, it is easy to find yourself the target of trouble. 19 year old Anikava has always known she was different from others. Raised in a no nonsense and strict environment, her home is the only way of life she knows. She knows her home is not a good place and although she is the "chosen one" it is not the honor everyone would have her believe. Being the chosen one sounds great, until you realize what that makes you; the Tithe. In an effort to live a real life , one unhindered by her so called "destiny" she flees, and hopes too find friendship, love, and adventure. That is, if she can escape her past. This is my first time ever trying to write something seriously. I'm not sure if it's for me or if it's good so feed back & critiques are always welcome
