Aalayah (A-lay-ya) Marie Harrison was born in New Orleans , Louisiana raised by her older brother Tyler because her parents left when she was just born and Tyler was five. She has always had a passion for music particularly singing and dancing. Her best friend since first grade August (Alsina) was the only other person who knew her as much as her brother. She considered his mom as her own and so did her brother. Her life was looking fine until she had turned 17 when her and August brothers were murdered. After two years August had gotten a record deal and has left Nola while Aalayah has been trying to get herself in the game. Will she make it or will she forever be stuck in the streets.
