Justine and Firdaus used to be best friends, since they were seven. Like in every clichéd teen fiction book, Justine let it into her head that she - practically a tomboy - was in love with Firdaus, and he with her. Suddenly she believed that the school's most handsome, rich and popular guy would like her, because why not? So she did the one thing she regretted most later: she basically told the whole world that she liked him.
