Sophia has had her whole life set for her. Ever since she was little, she’s had the same routine drilled into her head: Wake up, work out, go to school, go to the mountain and train, go to bed, repeat. Because of that routine, at only 18 years old, Sophia finds herself competing at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
