This book follows three different characters' lives as they end up in the biggest and deadliest sporting event ever conceived. The Ryprime. It's purpose is to control the population of this galaxy. It was turned into a sporting event because of the outcries over people being selected and sent to their deaths. The compromise ended up favoring the founders. The last 100 survivors will be spared. Mathew, Shesh, and Zocom can only hope that they're in that exclusive group.
