"What is this place?" I ask the tall man with surprisingly captivating silver-blue eyes. "This is the Camp, smack dab in the center of Sherwood Forest." He says, looking down at me like I must be crazy. "And that means?" I ask from my spot on the ground. He tilts his head like he has to think it through for a moment. "I guess it means those who fight the Sheriff have a safe place." "Um, okay." I say, not really understanding. "Well, I'm not with this Sheriff and I have no clue what's going on here." He tilts is head again and watches me closely. "Well, that means you will stay here." I smile gratefully at him. "Of course, that means you'll have to join my band of Merry Men." He adds. "Your...what?!" When Kierlan stumbled through that portal, she never expected to find a man waiting for her. But this? How is she supposed to handle fighting off the Sheriff with nine men? Sure, she has her secret weapon....but that doesn't mean she wants to actually use it! Of course, once she asks if that's a good idea, the men volunteer her to go in undercover as a noble to bring back any information that will take the man down. Can she handle working with nine men on a daily basis - even if three of them are married?
