Prologue

F.P's POV

It was as if I was in a drunken dream when I saw her. I always went to Pop's just to look at her... she dazzled, my gloomy mood with every sway of her hips, every smile she cracked. She took my breathe away.

She was one of the most brave, fearless, and strong woman I'd ever laid eyes on. We've known each other since we were kids, we grew apart. I got in with the wrong crowd but something about her pulls me back. Something she has over me ever since we where children, she had this way about her always bringing a smile to my face. Even when she doesn't try, even when she doesn't notice me, I notice her.
