1. New Pack

Once, she ran with wolves.

They would play together, in the forest, wrestling each other along the carpet of dirt. Her pack hunted together, bringing home food for all, and she would return to the den in scratches of victory, her skin torn and her fur matted in sweat. The alpha and her mate would make pups together while the other wolves play-fought. They were a pack.

Until the humans came.
