Calm water Beach

Lia and Liz are twins, when they were 2 years old Liz and her dad move out now Lia lives in London with her mum and her mum's boyfriend and Liz lives in California near a beach called Calm Water with her dad and stepmum. What happens when Lia's been accsepted to a highschool in California with her twin? Will they be able to solve their diffrences of Liz being a geek and Lia being a Queen Bee?
