Before there was Cell, there was another and like him, this one had the DNA of all the greatest fighters ever to roam the earth, and he was built to be the strongest android ever created. It's a shame that in two timeline's Project Ultimate Android was dead; it was this failure that gave Birth to Cell in those two universes. But what if he was alive in the third? What changes?
