MEET ALYSSA:

She's the average graduate waiting on her dream job , which is to become a nurse. She joined a medical nursing program funded by the Cuban president who is in close ties with the country's government. Three years later , she gets a job opportunity that seems like a dream come true on an unknown island in the Caribbean. But the Caribbean isn't all sunshine.
