The united states is secretly at war with countries all accross the world. In order to maintain order and not have any panic. They keep the war a secret. They begin to try and make an army out of kids they kidnap. Though they're plans are interrupted by an unexpected threat to their plans when Riley Burns was kidnapped away from the facility.
