Willow Hart is a sweet girl. She has a sweet personality and love her family. She has had heart problems her whole life. She has been on the list for a new heart since she was 16. She is 18 when she finally gets that heart.

Rowan Gibbs has been in love with Willow for a long time. He leaves for college and realizes he really wants to be with Willow. And he goes back to his hometown and marries Willow and then he tells his friend about getting married. Rowan's ex girlfriend hears him and gets mad and tries to come between Rowan and Willow but I backfires in her face when Willow gets her new heart.
