Chapter 1

When a disturbing pattern of rapes/murders appears in the Gangnam district of Seoul by a sadistic serial killer, the detectives and officers of the 18th precinct are thrown into a sick game of cat-and-mouse as they attempt to catch the killer before even more bodies pile up.
