A plague has struck the world, and America's government has done nothing to even acknowledge it. In retaliation, coalitions of gay people join together to fight the AIDS epidemic before it's too late. Harlow Foster, a young man new to the political scene, gets caught in a New York march in 1987 that will introduce him to the struggles of sickness, alliance, pride, and friendships with people that may not exist tomorrow, people who are fighting to make sure that America will not be silent.
