Intro Note

Wally West's perfect life shatters with the murder of his mother. His dad becomes an abusive alcoholic in his misery, and his young son has to deal with the repercussions. After an accident, Wally gains superspeed, but his father's neglect prevents him from discovering his abilities. Then comes Uncle Barry, aka the Flash.
