Billie finds a girl on the street who is with a little girl. He doesn't approach them at first, thinking he'd just see how society treated them for a while. He pulls up in his car every day at 4pm to make sure they were okay and he'd check on them some times too. But then something makes him realise, these girls need help and they need it fast.
