The World Aflame Chapter 1: A Milk Run

Jonathon Weltch and his young sister Aria live in a post disease riddled America. Almost all children between ages 8- 19 have begun to develop supernatural powers. To hide their true intentions the government decided to cover up the truth by calling the children sick and making the public, even the parents of the children think that they are monsters and blood thirsty. John and his sister Aria are a very special breed and this makes them the biggest target and ultimate prize for the government. They have something the others don't. And as a result they are constantly hunted. Will the children ever be able to live in peace or will they have to take drastic measures to ensure their safety?
