At the age of 17, Sienna lives alone with her father in Santa Barbara, California. She wants questions about her dead mother answered, but her father refuses to give her the answers she needs. In the middle of an identity crisis, Sienna gets offered a lifeline. She and her father can move to Anaheim, her mothers birthplace, in exchange for no more questions. Ever. Here, at her brand new school, she meets the school's notorious bad boy, Ace Black, the 3 S's- Stella, Skylar and Sophia, as well as their friends Brent and Jordan. Friendships flourish and romance blossoms as Sienna navigates her way through her new life. However, due to all these unusual distractions, Sienna must try her hardest to remember why she moved to Anaheim.
