On May 10,1994,in the small town of Mystic Falls Sarah Salvatore was born,prematurely, to two died parents who were killed at the hands of her great uncle.

3 months later she was able to go home,but there was no home. Until her great uncle,brother of the one that killed her mother,stepped up and became her guardian.
