Ben is in love with the girl across the street. He doesn't know how. He doesn't know why. Their interaction up to now has only ever consisted of him staring at her through the window of his bookshop and her going about her daily business. But one day, in some sort of Christmas miracle, she meets his gaze and sets off a chain of events that will change Ben's life.
