Trapped in a Fallout. (Rough Copy)

The year was 2093 a drug was given to the soldiers called Reveren which made them gain powers beyond your wildest beliefs, but the drug back fired killing most of the soldiers. Later they perfected it in 2098 testing it on new born children. The story begins with a boy named Rouge who goes through series of injection which either will kill him or make him powerful.
