Punishment

Not all step-parents are evil, but some are downright malicious. Especially when your step-parent isn't what she seems to be on the outside. When Berta and Bruno flee into the forest, they find a trail of death going before and behind them. All to catch them and cover up the truth - their hybrid heritage.

However, they find unlikely allies along the way who thwart their step mother's efforts - until they come upon the spring. With howls of wolves in the air, Berta and Bruno must decide if they will stay in the woods with their new allies, or flee for their lives.

Based on a Classic Grimm's Fairy Tale: "Little Brother and LIttle Sister".
