Short Girls

A newly created Supernatural comes under the scrutiny of the Council, (and more importantly, their Chancellor,) while the cloudy circumstances of her change call into question the loyalty and intentions of key members of the Council, thus sparking either a War between supernatural factions, or the biggest collective uprising of supernatural beings in several centuries, both threatening to expose the Council to the Mortal World.
