Little 4 year old Rylie Hope Garcia was living in an orphanage for girls in California. Her parents put her up for adoption when she was 2 due to her parents being young when they had her. Rylie was by far the youngest in the orphanage as the rest of the girls were 7-17, she had been adopted 3 times before but the people who adopted her either abused her physically or sexually. the other girls in the orphanage used to bully her so she closed herself off but will things change when the Cabellos come and adopt her? Will she open up? What will she do when her older sister goes on tour?
