Chapter 1

Batman made two promises that day: He promised his greatest enemy, the Joker, that he would fight him again. And, he promised Phillis, the Brick Lady of the Phantom Zone, that he would return and stay there forever with the other bad guys after saving his family and Gotham City.
Joker isn't so happy about that last one.
