Tobio Kageyama, carries around the burden of a women he killed for sexually assaulting him. On his way back home, he finds a homeless boy who he takes in. However, later on he runs away. Kageyama chases after him, but both get caught by the M.I.A. An organization whose job is to investigate and protect the city. Kageyama get's injured by one of the men, and thrn gets knocked out. After waking up, the mysterious boy heals his wound somehow.
