Prologue; Arrogance

In Japan, there is Tokyo.
In Tokyo, there is the district of Ikebukoro.
There is nothing normal about Ikebukoro. The informant who loves to meddle. The leader of a colourless gang longing for the extraordinary, and his ex-gang leader friend. The demon sword possessing a girl. The unlicensed doctor and his headless roommate. And the bartender with inhuman strength.
Their stories happened to become intertwined.
However, this is a very different story.
