CT-5555 didn't die in that warehouse. He didn't die back on Kamino, either. The "famous" ARC trooper was far too valuable to let die during the war. Instead, he was sent back to reconditioning. It would serve to make him a perfect clone soldier. Hardcase didn't die on Umbara. He's been stuck in Clone Jail for several years now, taking everything from him but his will to fight.
