Who Am I?

I am what they call fear. Not once have I let someone escape. Nor will I ever.

People quiver at the sound of my name. Tremble at the sight of me and die by the hands of me.

For I am not once to be messed with because I am:

"Elizabeth, are you scaring the readers again?"
