This is my honest story of how I experienced my eating disorder, and what caused it. I talk about recovery. There is some dark stuff in this memoir, so reader's discretion is advised. Having an eating disorder is pure hell, so please never ever do anything in regards to food that will harm yourself. My intention is to spread awareness of this life destroying disease. Remember you are all strong, smart, beautiful, handsome, creative, and worthy of your own love and the love of others.
