Well Hello

This Story got me second/joint first place in a creative writing competition at school, so it must be in some sort of way, alright.

When told to meet someone at an abandoned town hall to solve someones 'problem', one would immediately think of drugs.
But what Matthew got was confusion, powers, a close case of drowning and a bear. Fun times.
