Her biggest worry was to remain a Human, the only mortal race. Her fear was being denied a place in one of the Ageless races. After all only to discover that life was never so easy and the world of Shyad was not such forgiving place. Raven is nearing her eighteenth birthday, the day her true nature and race will become apparent for the first time in her life. No one is able predict what will happen that night as there is no way of knowing.
