7-year-old Sarah lives with 9-year-old Anakin Skywalker and his mother, Shmi. Like her adopted family, she is a slave and has been all her life. She's never known anything but her life on Tatooine...until the day Qui-Gon and Padme show up. When Anakin is freed, a strange man by the name of Professor Dumbledore comes to take her away to a planet she's never been to, full of wonders she's only heard about. As the years pass and she meets new friends and enemies, her life gets very complicated and she goes through many difficult trials, holding onto the hope that one day she and Anakin will see each other again.
