Callie and Loren Jacobs lived in San Diego with their mom who was rarely home. They were both out of control-drinking,skipping school...only because they were lost.
Their mom couldn't handle them anywhere so she sent them to California,where their dad,Darien Jacobs is the Chief of the town. When they come,they are opened to a new way of living.
The girls meet the Simmons family and Callie is attracted to the younger brother,Jake Simmons and Loren is attracted to the oldest brother,Ricky Underwood. But,the Simmons family is a broken,very known family that nobody wants their kids around...especially the chief.
