Ian Hecox is a young man who fell in love with another man named Anthony. After Ian finds out thats Anthony's girlfriend dumped him, Anthony turned to Ian to let the pain out. Even though Ian never eats or is allowed on the couch, he stands by Anthony's side until the very end.
