At 16, Kalista Martin was a normal girl. Her dad was never home cause he worked, and her mom was home most of the time except for the occasional business trip. Her brother a senior and a popular star football player, her and her twin sister Kabecka the star cheerleaders. Every teenager has their secrets... But the night her mom was murdered changed her life. She moved to a new town a couple hours from where she grew up, and her whole world turns upside-down. Life throws many different curves and twists at Kabecka and Kalista, but, like every story, everything seems to turn out alright.... or does it?
