Prologue

Camila has terrible, terrible luck. The worst kind of luck you can have. Like win the lottery but die the next day kind of luck. Like never been on a cruise before and end up on the titanic kind of luck. Like struck by lightning seven times, only known person to have ever been hit by a meteorite, sitting on a bench that had just been painted in a new outfit, break your arm only to break it again the day you get your cast off kind of luck.

She can think of maybe three lucky things that have ever happened to her.

Meeting Dinah Jane, her best friend.

Her ability to sing and write.

And of course, Lauren Jauregui.
