It has been nine months since Dick Grayson's death. Bruce and Barbara have continued to live together as partners and fight crime together. Just when they thought everything with the Joker was cleared, they remember they forgot one thing: Harley Quinn. Harley Quinn is still out there and she is planning to get the Joker back in present day and overthrow Gotham. But how will Harley Quinn do this on her own? She will need help from other villains won't she?
