Prologue

Prologue:
It had been a year since the war with Gaia. Percy had just came back from a quest to gain Athena's permission to marry Annabeth. Athena had Hephaestus make the perfect ring just in case Percy happened to succeed. Hoping she would be there he went to the Athena cabin and knocked on the door. A minute later Malcolm answered the door. Percy asked him if he knew where Annabeth was. Malcolm looked at him with pitty, then told him to look for her at the beach. Percy's gut told him something bad was about to happen. But instead of listening to it like he usually did, he ignored it. A choice he would later come to regret
