Anxiety. The one thing that we all hate, and dread, but it follows us. Like a stalker of some sort. Well, hopefully these tips will help you in arresting your stalker, and calming your anxiety. NOTE: These are mainly tips that I have come up with and/or my therapist has told me about. I have Social Anxiety, GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and I can get very depressed at times because of it. I hope these can help you in some way :) ANOTHER NOTE: I am not a healthcare professional nor and I a psychologist. I am simply stating what helps me and what could help others.
