AU-Dragons didn't leave Berk. Zephyr was walking down the village when she found herself a new friend and this Night-Light wasn't willing to let the girl get away without playing with him. This follows my one-shot "Nuffink and the Night-Light". This is a companion one-shot to my other one-shot named "Nuffink and the Night-Light", it was only fair for her to get a one-shot like this! This one takes place a few weeks after Nuffink's tale. This is an AU where the dragons didn't leave Berk after Grimmel's defeat. It began with a request about Zephyr's naming ceremony and ended with the story of Hiccup and Astrid's trip across Europe. All this to explain why Zephyr is called Zephyr.

Hiccup had finally gotten a day off of Chief duties so he decided to spend the day with his daughter Zephyr. Astrid decided to spend the day with Valka and help around the village. Hiccup and Zephyr played all day together. Hiccup had been playing chase with Zephyr until she kept knocking things down and saw something about to fall on her. Hiccup moved Zephyr out of the way but in the process Hiccup got injured. Hiccup ended up losing his memories, and Zephyr blames herself for her father injury. But will she figure out a solution to this?

What if after the dragons left, they had to be brought back? If the tribes went to war, and the Hooligans called back the dragons, and trained with their allies to be the best dragonriders yet. What if their enemies have dragons too? Dragons they learnt how to capture because Grimmel survived? And what if the son of the berserker chief cant even BOND with a dragon, let alone tame it- and the daughter of the hooligan chief decides she doesn't WANT a dragon? Because dragons, are MONSTERS. Then what? "Who WAS that?? He took out half our riders in less than five minutes." He gestured madly towards the whimpering riders nursing their cuts and burns, a few still picking leaves out their hair, "I don't know, chief. They both turned to see tony a few feet away, closing the distance between them as he spoke, "A SHIFTER night fury." so its set around a decade after the third movie, the mc is Virial (im probably going to change that bc its just the first thing i saw), the son of the berserk chief, is 17, and best friends with the daughter of the hooligan chief- her brother does not approve. swearing/violence (maybe)

Welcome to my first book: How to Train Your Dragon: Next Generation! This is the first book to MY version of the HTTYD universe. I do have other stories coming out soon. If you read this on Quotev, that is a old version with not as many pics. Please read this one for a better experience. Zephyr is 15 and Nuffink is 12. They and their friends go on an adventure to find dragons, but get in trouble along the way. Can Zephyr fix it?
