Long ago, two pony sisters ruled over the land of Equestria. The older sister raised and lowered the sun while the younger sister raised and lowered the moon. But there was a third ruler. A best friend who helped ponies reconnect with lost hopes or forgotten past. However, one day the younger sister grew jealous of the older sister and turned into Nightmare Moon and was banished for 1,000 years and vowed to return to turn the world into eternal night. However, the best friend one day disappeared, and years later, a young Alicorn that resembled him arrived in Ponyville, and during the Summer Sun Celebration, he and six others used the Elements of Harmony to defeat Nightmare Moon.

Eclipse is the nephew and personal protégé of Princess Celestia. After his mother, Princess Luna, was banished to the moon 1,000 years ago when she turned into Nightmare Moon, he lost faith in trust and stopped seeing the point in making friends. However, when he is sent to Ponyville to oversee preparations for the Summer Sun Celebration and make friends, will his attitude change? It gets better because when Nightmare Moon returns during the Summer Sun Celebration, the fate of Equestria might depend on it.

Echoheart is a unicorn stallion that wandered around Equestria for three years after the death of his mother. He grew up never knowing his father, and he soon finds himself in Ponyville, where he finds a place he feels he belongs as he and six other ponies discover the magic of friendship. He also discovers the beauty of love as a Zebra mare catches his attention.
